Another way to know your exact ring size is by measuring the circumference of your finger with a string, and looking for your size in the table below.

If yourJOOn jewel is made from silver 925, you better avoid spraying perfume or applying creams directly onto your jewelry.
Avoid chlorine water and water with high salt concentration such as hot springs.
Sterling silver that is worn regularly requires less care, so we encourage you to wear your silver treasures daily.
When you're not wearing your jewelry, store it in a separate plastic bag. Silver naturally oxidizes over time, which means turns a black shade.
To delay oxidation keep yourJOOn jewelry away from moisture and water.
To clean your silverJOOn jewelry gently polish with a soft cloth.
Don’t use any cleaning products as this can damage some kinds of gemstones.
Most of our items are made-to-order, and takes different time to produce.

We ship via ECO POST, which takes approximately 1-15 business days, depending on the destination.

Due to the current situation (Corona virus), shipments to Australia and New Zealand will be delivered via DHL (door to door).
Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as the order is dispatched.
All shipments are insured.
